Residents of California may be familiar with police chases that happen on the roadways of the state. The man driving the vehicle that struck the 33-year-old pedestrian had documented affiliations with gang activity and was considered a gang member. The lawsuit that arose as a result of the fatal accident is seeking damages of an unspecified amount.
