Parents of California teen file wrongful death lawsuit

Readers in Los Angeles can probably think of many losses that would have a tragic impact on the lives of those they involve. However, it is arguably true that there is no loss more tragic and emotionally damaging than the unexpected loss of a loved one. These feelings of despair, confusion, anger and more can become even more intensified when it is a wrongful death. Their claim states that the boys' actions toward the girl ultimately led to her suicide.

To illustrate this point, two recent motorcycle accidents left three California residents dead on L.A. freeways.

California widow recovers $900,000 in wrongful death settlement

The unexpected and wrongful death of a loved one is a difficult experience both emotionally and physically. The good news is, although nothing will bring back a lost loved one, the surviving family members may be able to recover compensation from the negligent party that caused the death.
